April Updates: A Proper Fitness Model, a New Status Page, and In-Chat Reports

A proper fitness model

Fitness now tracked across two dimensions — Power and Endurance — each with its own build-up and decay rate, grounded in published sports science. You're not just fit; you're fit for something. (Full deep-dive: 'Fit, but for what?')

A redesigned status page

Dimension bars, a fitness chart with future projections, a power curve, per-section AI notes, and a holistic fatigue & form review pulling together load, sleep, HRV and resting HR in plain language.

RPE, notes, and proper celebration

Log how a session actually felt (1–10 RPE) plus notes — all feeding the Coach's analysis. Feedback is now magnitude-scaled: a recovery spin gets a quiet nod; a monster session makes the Coach completely unhinged.

In-chat reports

Generate rendered reports right in chat: /review session, /review plan, /review me — structured breakdowns as conversation starters, not walls of text.
