1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BEINA ("the Service"), operated by Veipha SAS (SIREN 993 855 154), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BEINA is an AI coaching platform designed to help athletes prepare for specific endurance events — including ultra-endurance mountain bike races, gravel events, road sportives, bikepacking races, marathons, and triathlons. The Service provides integration with Strava and Garmin Connect to import training and health data, AI-powered training analysis and race readiness predictions, personalised event-specific training plans, conversational AI coaching (the BEINA Coach), and race performance predictions and pacing strategies.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorised access, and be responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Strava and Garmin Integrations
By connecting your Strava and/or Garmin Connect account, you authorise us to access your activity and health data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect either service at any time from your account settings. Our use of Strava data is subject to Strava's API Agreement and our use of Garmin data is subject to the Garmin Connect Developer Program terms.

Not Medical Advice — the Service does not provide medical advice. The training recommendations, predictions, and analysis provided by BEINA are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any training programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Not Professional Coaching — while our AI provides training analysis and conversational guidance, it is not a substitute for professional coaching; predictions and recommendations are based on algorithms, sports science research, and historical data, and actual results may vary. Assumption of Risk — endurance training and racing (including mountain biking, gravel cycling, road cycling, running, triathlon, and bikepacking) involve inherent risks; you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk, and BEINA and Veipha SAS are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training or competition.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate training analysis, predictions, and coaching conversations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should use your own judgement when following any AI-generated recommendations.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt the Service, share your account credentials with others, use automated systems to access the Service without permission, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, content, training plans, and AI prompts, is owned by Veipha SAS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veipha SAS and BEINA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.
